All web design and programming is done onsite at the flat hourly rate listed to the right.

While we do not profess to be experts in any area of web design and programming, we are very proficient in the most common uses of web technology. Additionally, we have found that incorporating new concepts and technologies is a required part of servicing our clients and consequently do not (within reason) bill our clients for any training that is required to meet the contractual terms of any arrangement. In short, we pay for our own education!

• Monthly account statements are subject to a mailing fee of $1.00/ea. Statements are mailed during the last week of the month. Statements sent by email are free.

• All account payments are due by the 15^th of the month. Any account over 30 days past due is subject to termination and a $50 reactivation fee.
